Welcome to The Willows, our luxurious 5 bedroom, 4. 5 bathroom villa, with pool and spa/jacuzzi, located on the prestigious Windwood Bay Development in Davenport, Florida.

Windwood Bay is set in natural surroundings near to conservation areas and many championship golf courses and is 10-20 minutes away from Orlando's world famous theme parks and other attractions. It is only an hour's drive to either the Gulf Coast or to Kennedy Space Centre, making it an ideal location for your holiday of a lifetime.

We have 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 further twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a lounge/dining room, family room and upstairs den (which also has a Queen sized sleeper sofa), spacious kitchen, fully equipped utility room and a double garage.

The villa sleeps 12 people in total (5 in the bedrooms and 2 in the open plan den area)and is furnished to a very high standard with every luxury you could possibly want. This is our own home when we visit Florida and so there are many extras that you certainly wouldn't get in a hotel/motel or even in many commercially owned villas. Our home is ideal for 2 or even 3 families to share their holiday dream. One of the master bedrooms is located on the ground floor, ideal for guests with limited mobility.

There is free telephone and internet access for local, national, international and mobile/cell calls and a 51" HDTV, DVD player, PS2 and CD stereo in the family room, 27" TV, PS2 and DVD player in the den and TVs in all bedrooms.

Complete with a full security system,including a safe fitted in the largest master bedroom, there is everything you could possibly want for your peace of mind and enjoyment.

Add to this a fabulous 28' x 14' pool with spa, a spacious patio area with built-in lighting (ideal for dining al fresco during the evening) and you will have everything you could possibly want.
